AR300: ANCA's designed and built auto tool loading solution

Fully developed and built by ANCA and utilising the latest control technology from ANCA Motion, the AR300 loader is an excellent value-for-money auto tool loading solution for the FX5 Linear machines. The loader provides quick tool loading, as the tool is passed directly from the pallet to the collet in a single gripping action.

The AR300 loader is also available on the CPX Linear machine, however the gripper arrangement and pallets used are different to what is used on the FX Linear machines.

COLLET LOADING CAPABILITY

Available for FX5 Linear machines, the AR300 loader is now capable of loading collets. The AR300 robot clamps the collet and tool together with a loading cycle of approximately 25 seconds, providing flexibility and allowing customers to run mixed batches of tools unmanned. Collet loading of Nikken KM and NK collets is a solution for customers to load different diameter tools in the same setup.

The ANCA Loadermate workstation allows the individual input of grinding parameters for each tool and assigns the program to a loader position. A pallet of mixed tools can be prepared for automatic resharpening while the machine is running another batch.
