What is the warranty on spare parts?

There is a 12-month warranty on all spare parts purchased from ANCA.

Can I purchase extended warranty?

Yes, customers can purchase a second year warranty either full warranty parts and labour or parts only.

Does ANCA rebuild machines?

Yes, please contact your local service branch for a quote.

Does ANCA recondition spindle motors?

Yes, ANCA can repair your spindle or exchange for a reconditioned one.

Is there a maintenance manual for my ANCA?

Yes, there is a maintenance manual for all current production machines, please contact your local branch.

How often should ANCA machines be serviced?

It is recommended ANCA machines are fully serviced every 12 months by a factory trained technician. Please refer to you machines maintenance manual for details of routine daily, weekly, monthly maintained tasks.
