Duncan Thompson is a Special Projects Manager at ANCA, responsible for the technical direction and commercialisation of new machine and application developments.  Having been at ANCA for over 22 years, Duncan has gained intimate market and grinding application knowledge by working across a range of roles including service, application grinding, sales, special project development and marketing roles.  As a fluent Japanese speaker, Duncan was based in the Japanese market for three years and retains strong ties to customers in that unique market.  Today, Duncan’s motivation and passion in the Product Manager role comes from  “working with customers from diverse international markets to understand their challenges and being instrumental in delivering solutions.
