Turbine blades are required for high energy output applications, such as aerospace and power generation. ANCA products provide capability to grind and complete multiple manufacturing operations for a blade (compressor) root form section in one setup.

ANCA's turn-key solution allows lights-out automated production using the innovative dual robot to load blade fixture, blades and wheel packs. While the machine is being used to grind a blade, the previously ground blade can simultaneously be cleaned, measured and laser etched in a manufacturing cell connected to the machine.
