Micro endmills are used for milling sections in a variety of materials across a range of industries, including but not limited to watches, jewellery, medical, eyewear, aerospace and automotive.

ANCA's iGrind software comes as standard to support a wide range of endmills, such as square-end, ballnose and corner-radius. This allows all features to be ground on different types of endmills under Ø3mm in one setup.

ANCA is able to provide customers with a process solution to manufacture high accuracy micro tools, as well as products to support unmanned production. Accessories such as LaserPlus, provide automatic tool measurement and compensation during tool batch grinding. MicroPlus (ANCA's workholding and tool support solution) ensures minimal tool runout is maintained.
